This recipe makes about one small 15 mL perfume tin or jar.

Ingredients
For one small tin, use:
2 teaspoons Jojoba Oil
1 teaspoon Beeswax Pellets
1/16 teaspoon leave-on-skin-safe Pistachio Fragrance Oil
1/16 teaspoon leave-on-skin-safe Amber Fragrance Oil
That gives you 1/8 teaspoon total fragrance.
If you already have a Pistachio + Amber Fragrance Oil that your supplier specifically approves for leave-on perfume products, you can use 1/8 teaspoon of the blend instead.
Always check the usage directions for the exact fragrance oils you have. If either fragrance requires a lower amount for leave-on perfume use, reduce the fragrance and replace the difference with a little more jojoba oil.
Make Sure
Use fragrance oils specifically approved by the supplier for leave-on perfume or skin products. Candle fragrance, diffuser oil, and room fragrance do not belong in this recipe just because they happen to smell like Pistachio or Amber.
Keep your tools and perfume container clean and completely dry. Do not add water, vanilla extract, pistachio paste, food flavoring, or anything else from the kitchen.
And yes, real pistachios will look beautiful scattered beside the little perfume tin for the photograph.

Instructions
Start with a clean, dry workspace and clean tools.
Make sure your perfume tin or jar is completely dry.
Add 2 teaspoons Jojoba Oil to your heat-safe cup.
Add 1 teaspoon Beeswax Pellets.
Place the cup into a gentle water bath over low heat.
Warm slowly until the beeswax has completely melted into the jojoba oil.
Stir gently until the mixture looks clear and evenly combined.
Remove the cup from the heat.
Let it cool for a brief moment while keeping the mixture fully liquid.
Add 1/16 teaspoon Pistachio Fragrance Oil.
Add 1/16 teaspoon Amber Fragrance Oil.
Stir slowly and thoroughly until the fragrance is evenly distributed.
Carefully pour the liquid perfume into your clean tin or jar.
Leave it uncovered and undisturbed until completely cool and firm.
Once set, add the lid.
Wipe the container clean.
Label it Pistachio + Amber Solid Perfume and add the date you made it.
Let the perfume cool completely before testing the texture.
It may look ready long before the center has completely firmed.

How to Use It
Rub a clean fingertip gently across the surface of the Pistachio + Amber Solid Perfume. The warmth of your finger will soften just enough of the perfume to pick up a small amount.
Apply it to clean, dry pulse points such as the wrists, inner elbows, sides of the neck, or behind the ears.
Start lightly. Solid perfume is meant to stay close to the skin, so you do not need a large amount.
You may notice the fragrance when you pull your sleeve over your hand, move your hair, or bring your wrist closer throughout the day. Reapply whenever you want a little refresh.
Avoid applying it to broken, irritated, or freshly shaved skin, and keep it away from the eyes and mouth.

Do not automatically increase the fragrance because you want stronger projection. Solid perfume is meant to wear closer to the skin than a traditional spray, and every fragrance oil has its own safe-use limit.
Always follow the leave-on perfume directions supplied with the exact Pistachio and Amber Fragrance Oils you purchased.
If either fragrance needs to be used at a lower amount, reduce it.
The fragrance will also become easier to notice once the solid perfume warms against your skin.

Storage + Safety
Store your Pistachio + Amber Solid Perfume in a cool, dry place with the lid tightly closed. A vanity drawer, perfume tray away from direct sunlight, cosmetic bag, or handbag makes a good home for it.
Keep the perfume away from excessive heat. Because it is made with oil and beeswax, very warm temperatures can soften or melt the product. Do not leave the tin in a hot car or sitting in direct sunlight.
Use clean, dry fingers when applying the perfume and keep water out of the container.
Use only fragrance oils approved for leave-on perfume products and follow the supplier's safe-use directions for the exact oils you purchased. Patch test before regular use, especially if your skin is sensitive to fragranced products.
Avoid applying the perfume to broken, irritated, or freshly shaved skin. Keep it away from the eyes and mouth, and stop using it if redness, itching, burning, swelling, or other discomfort develops.
